Charity and Community
Here at Access4lofts we strongly believe in giving something back to the community and to helping charitable causes.
Our chosen charity for 2017 is The Foxton Centre.
The centre has been providing support for the homeless, vulnerable and young people for over 40 years and relies on local businesses and individuals to help them to carry on doing so. The Hungry Campaign buys a homeless person in Preston a healthy, balanced meal at The Foxton Centre for £1.
Access4lofts-Preston will be donating £1 from every job in 2017 plus customer tips to this campaign.
Over the past few years Access4lofts has donated to and supported the following charities and community projects:
Queenscourt Hospice is a local charity that provides support for the people of Southport, Formby and West Lancs. They care for patients with serious illnesses, enabling them to achieve the best possible quality of life at each new stage.
SafeNet helps victims of domestic violence and abuse. It has saved over 5,000 women and children since the refuge opened in 1976. It runs the largest refuge in Lancashire and delivers community based services enabling women and their children to live free from domestic abuse.
The Veterans Fund Southport – Graham was Treasurer for the Veterans Fund from 2012 to 2014. The Charity helps Armed Forces Veterans in the local area. It does excellent work in supporting Veterans of all ages with a range of issues from housing to financial support and counselling.
The 2015/16 football season saw us sponsoring Southport Trinity Under 14’s kit.
